Family vacations may be fun, but every parent knows they aren’t truly relaxing with kids around. Andy Cohen made the most of it, though, on a recent trip with his kids Ben, 6, and Lucy, 2. He just shared the cutest photo of his kids on winter vacation with his little ones, and it shows the funny way he’s enjoying some relaxing time.
“How I spent my winter vacation … ☀️ 🧒 👦 🏖️” the Bravo TV host wrote on Instagram. He shared a snap of himself lounging on the beach, with his arms and legs spread out like a starfish as he tilts his head back with sunglasses on. But wait, how can he relax with kids around, you might be thinking. The answer is simple: the kids were tasked with burying their dad in the sand!

Lucy, wearing a cute watermelon swimsuit, pats sand on her dad’s chest and belly while Ben walks up with a bucket filled with more sand. It’s genius! Keep the kids busy while you get to lie down and relax? I’m sure it only lasted like five minutes, but still. It’s paradise for parents.
“Parenting AND exfoliating!” one person praised. Another wrote, “Best time of your life.” It’s really so true!
The Watch What Happens Live host is truly a caring dad. He recently gushed about his kids in a Dec. 2024 interview with PEOPLE. “Ben is love bombing me so much, and Lucy also is so — any quality time that she and I get alone without Ben, she’s so excited about,” Cohen told the outlet.
“I took her to the doctor today and she talked about it like I was taking her to, you know, see the Rockettes. She’s like, ‘Daddy and I — just Daddy and I — are going to the doctor, just Daddy and I.’ So she’s very much Daddy’s little girl,” he added.
