Andy, 55, was seen at an exclusive Fresca Mixed event in New York City on May 23 to promote his partnership with the ready-to-drink cocktail brand.
An eyewitness told The U.S. Sun that the Watch What Happens Live host took selfies and photos with fans at a private room in the back of Swingers, an indoor mini golf club.
He was joined by Summer House star Jesse Solomon as he made a speech about loving the canned drinks and served them to fans from behind the bar.
He also played a game of "Would You Rather?" with Jesse and a fan, making them choose between his pals John Mayer and Anderson Cooper, Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Bensimon and Sonja Morgan, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Denise Richards and Kyle Richards.
Per the eyewitness, he asked them, "Would you rather be a flower boy or girl at your best friend's wedding or be blocked by Jax Taylor?"

Jesse said he would rather be blocked by The Valley star.
As Andy spent some time with fans, he was overheard talking about Vanderpump Rules to a fan who was eager to know what was going on amid rumors that the show could be done for good.
After a fan asked Andy, "What's going on with Vanderpump Rules?" he replied, "They're taking a break," and confirmed, "They'll be back."
He was also asked, "Is Ariana Madix going to be returning?" to which he responded, "I hope so."

It was previously reported that filming for VPR Season 12 has been put on pause and will not be filming this summer.
Production for a new season usually films from May through July.

A source, however, told The U.S. Sun that filming is expected to resume after summer, although no specific timeline was given.
The reason why is reportedly because production is giving the cast a break to do their own thing and then, hopefully, by the time filming picks up again there will be "some big developments and new drama."
Fans believe Ariana hinted that she won't be returning after removing VPR from her Instagram profile and promoting upcoming projects outside of Bravo.

Andy was in an "upbeat mood," per the eyewitness, as he attended the Fresca Mixed event two weeks after he was cleared of drug and sexual harassment accusations.
Earlier this year, ex-Bravo stars Leah McSweeney, 42, and Brandi Glanville, 51, made bombshell claims against the Radio Andy host.
As of May 9, Deadline reported outside investigators have cleared Andy of the Real Housewives alums' accusations.
"The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated," a Bravo spokeswoman told the outlet.
UNDER FIRE
Leah, a former RHONY star, claimed Andy "engages in cocaine use with Housewives and other Bravolebrities that he employs" and also alleged toxic workplace culture and discrimination.
On May 22, just a day prior to Andy's public appearance, his attorneys filed a motion to dismiss Leah's complaint.
According to court docs obtained by The U.S. Sun, a declaration from the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Shed Media was filed on May 23 requesting to redact and seal the salary and benefits of Leah from RHONY Seasons 12 and 13, and RHUGT Season 3.
Meanwhile, Brandi accused Andy of sexual harassment and claimed he invited her to watch him have sex with another Bravo star, according to a legal letter obtained by Page Six.
The WWHL host, however, was quick to respond and apologize at the time, saying she was referring to a video with Below Deck's Kate Chastain and it was "meant in jest."
GIRLS TRIP ON HOLD
The threatening letter, which was sent to Andy, NBC, Shed Media, and Warner Bros., came on the heels of Caroline Manzo's lawsuit against Bravo, claiming she was sexually harassed and assaulted by Brandi while filming then-season four of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
The season that has yet to air was subtitled Ex-Wives Club and was announced in January 2023.
The cast - Caroline, Brandi, Gretchen Rossi, Vicki Gunvalson, Phaedra Parks, Camille Grammer, Eva Marcille, and Alex McCord - filmed in Morocco and the season was supposed to air at the end of the year.

However, it got bumped and RHUGT: RHONY Legacy aired in December 2023 via Peacock instead.
While no announcements have been made on whether it will see the light of day, both Brandi and Gretchen exclusively told The U.S. Sun that they are pushing for it to premiere amid Caroline's lawsuit.
