During a recent segment on the Bravo talk show, Cohen asked John Hill — the WWHL guest bartender, musical theater star, and radio host who also happens to be Cohen's ex — to count down the five "Things Andy Should Do in 2025." For Hill's third item, he suggested that Cohen "release our sex tape from 2003."

The answer prompted peals of uproarious laughter from Cohen and his guests, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and upcoming Real Housewives of New York City star Racquel Chevremont. "Wait, I kind of want to see it? Is it fun?," Jayne said, with Chevremont adding, "Can we pull it up?"

Once Cohen regained his composure, he admitted, "You know what, I think there is one," but advised that "the format, it's on some janky format."

"It's bad," Hill quipped. Cohen said the tape's obsolescence made him "glad, we probably cant even transfer it."

"Yes we can!" Jayne cried out, before Hill moved onto his next thing Cohen should do in the new year.

Hill got his start in musical theater, appearing in Broadway productions like Hairspray and Off Broadway musicals like Bare: A Pop Opera. He's now perhaps best known for his role in the Cohen-verse, as a producer for Watch What Happens Live and host of The John Hill Show on Cohen's  SiriusXM channel.

The pair dated for three years in the early 2000s, a subject that's come up more than once during Hill's past WWHL appearances.

In a March episode of WWHL, Cohen said that his go-to karaoke song is John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads," and Hill was quick to remind the Bravo bigwig, "You stole it from me, but it’s yours now."

Cohen admitted, "I did steal that from you, oh my God. That's what happens when you let your ex-boyfriend be behind the bar. He calls you out on everything."

Cohen and Hill have previously discussed their sex tape as well. At Hill's The Feels Live show in 2020, Cohen dished, "There is a sex tape of us floating around somewhere."

When an audience member asked why the pair broke up, Hill said it "was just time," and Cohen added, "We were in different places in our lives."
