Amanda Batula hosted an event for her swim line, Amanda Batula Swim, in New York City on Wednesday night.
Weeks after teasing her new line on Instagram with a video of herself signing her name on design drawings, the 33-year-old Summer House cast member, who stepped back from her and Kyle Cooke‘s Loverboy last year to pursue her swim line dreams, was joined by her co-stars to celebrate the collection’s upcoming release.
In photos shared to her Instagram Story on August 28, Amanda was seen posing in a blue jean top and checkered pink and white shorts, which she paired with a ponytail and slip-on high heels.
“She is the moment,” one eventgoer wrote.
In other pics shared to social media, Amanda was seen posing with her castmates, including a very pregnant Lindsay Hubbard, 38, who is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with Turner Kufe later this year. Another photo showed Amanda with Ciara Miller, 28, and Paige DeSorbo, 31.
In another pic, shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram, Kyle, 42, offered a toast to his wife.
Earlier this month, in a joint Instagram post with South Moon Under, Amanda officially announced the impending debut of her swim line, Amanda Batula Swim, saying it was “coming soon” and would be sold “exclusively at South Moon Under.”
Following the sharing of the post, several Bravolebrities and Amanda’s Summer House castmates offered their support.
“I’m gonna need one of everything!!” wrote Lindsay.
Real Housewives of Miami‘s Guerdy Abraira, 46, and The Valley‘s Kristen Doute, 41, also expressed excitement as Kyle admitted he was proud of his wife for pursuing her dream.
“So happy excited and proud!” he declared.
Jesse Solomon, 31, and Paige DeSorbo also weighed in, with Jesse writing, “I think it’s safe to say I’m excited to see the product,” and Paige saying, “Let’s gooooooo.”
South Moon Under spoke out from their official account as well, writing, “No, like … we’re freaking out!!!”
And Gabby Prescod, 33, added, “IKTFR!!!!!”
Amanda Batula Swim is set to hit South Moon Under locations early next year and will offer bikini tops for women with larger breast sizes.
“I wanted to do something for me and a project that I felt passionate about, and I didn’t want to just come out with anything that’s sort of already out there,” she explained to Page Six Style this week. “So I thought about where, in my mind, there was a gap in the market, and I was having a hard time finding bathing suits that fit me the way that I wanted them to fit and that were comfortable and adjustable and supportive.”
After expressing interest in the project on Summer House, South Moon Under reached out.
“[It] was like, ‘Hey, we want to help you make this thing a reality.’ And I was like, ‘Okay, I’m not good with logistics on the business side of anything. Kyle doesn’t want to work with me. So yeah, let’s get together.’ And it’s been absolutely magical ever since,” she revealed.
Amanda’s new line will drop in three separate collections and will be priced from $60 to $180.
Summer House season nine is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
